Tasks

  • You develop full-stack features for our digital products using Flutter and .NET Core, supported by modern AI development tools.
  • You integrate LLM-based capabilities into existing and new applications across the Lufthansa Group.
  • You are responsible for the quality of AI-generated and peer-reviewed code, ensuring compliance with our architectural standards.
  • You collaborate with the team to establish and continuously improve best practices for AI-assisted software development.
  • You support and coach colleagues in effectively using AI tools in their day-to day development work.
  • You analyze technical requirements and independently translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

  • You hold a completed degree in an IT-related field.
  • You have several years of experience in full-stack development using Flutter and .NET Core.
  • You are experienced in using AI-powered coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) and actively integrate them into your development workflow.
  • You have solid knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • You have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.
  • You communicate confidently in English; German is considered an advantage. 
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
