This role offers a mix of operational procurement, stakeholder interaction and process ownership. Tasks
In this position, you will combine hands-on procurement execution with stakeholder support, process improvement, and close collaboration across the business.
- Execute procurement activities, incl. purchase requisition validation, shopping cart creation, purchase order processing, order adjustments, and goods receipt booking
- Support suppliers and internal stakeholders by resolving routine issues related to deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and product availability
- Handle inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Identify potential risks, perform error analysis, and support the resolution of escalations
- Initiate vendor creation and updates while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
- Apply procurement procedures, contribute to process improvements, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes
- Support operational activities

Requirements
- Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement area
- Command of English (written and spoken) – min. B2
- Command of German (written and spoken) – min. B2
- Good command of MS office and Windows applications
- Good command of Procurement related tools
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
