This role offers a mix of operational procurement, stakeholder interaction and process ownership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with a group of stakeholders, and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and quality of procurement operations.

Tasks

In this position, you will combine hands-on procurement execution with stakeholder support, process improvement, and close collaboration across the business. 

  • Execute procurement activities, incl. purchase requisition validation, shopping cart creation, purchase order processing, order adjustments, and goods receipt booking
  • Support suppliers and internal stakeholders by resolving routine issues related to deliveries, pricing discrepancies, and product availability
  • Handle inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Identify potential risks, perform error analysis, and support the resolution of escalations
  • Initiate vendor creation and updates while maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Apply procurement procedures, contribute to process improvements, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes
  • Support operational activities

Requirements

  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in any disciplines
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in Procurement area
  • Command of English (written and spoken) – min. B2
  • Command of German (written and spoken) – min. B2
  • Good command of MS office and Windows applications
  • Good command of Procurement related tools
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
