We are looking for an Intern to support the development of team internal applications and potentially assistance in the delivery of PowerApps for LGBS.

We are responsible for several areas: project management, application management, business analysis, IT Service Management and Agile methodology.

Tasks

  • Supporting in gathering, analysis and documenting of the current state of these applications
  • Assisting in technical implementation of business requirements into working code
  • Development of functions and libraries under supervision
  • Participation in code reviews and team meetings
  • Debugging of issues
  • Working closely with the BPA Automation Delivery Manager and Senior Software Engineers to define and propose optimized IT solutions/changes to the application toolset
  • Delivering components for BPA solutions designed in C# and .NET 
  • Ensuring testing of the developed solution on each development stage 
  • Conducting Code Review on BPA solutions 

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Student of Computer Science or related
  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
  • Ability to easily communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical prospects (verbal and written format)
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum)
  • Experience in building simple C#/.NET solutions or solutions in similar programming languages like C++/Java
  • Knowledge of IT Security and Compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies – nice to have
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies – nice to have
  • Knowledge of ITIL – nice to have
  • Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Ability to work in multi-national environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
