Tasks

  • Providing support for operational procurement processes (Procure-to-Order, P2O)
  • Assisting in the coordination, preparation, and distribution of internal and external communications
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • Good command of English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German (min. B1 level)
  • Preferably student of Logistics, Economics or related
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to quickly acquire and apply new processes
  • High level of digital literacy, including confident use of various digital tools and systems
  • Proactive attitude combined with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
