Tasks
- Support in the conception, organization and implementation of onboarding for new managers at LTLS
- Collaboration on our strategic program to increase productivity through targeted personnel development measures
- Taking responsibility for developing a central info hub for all information relating to leadership with and for our managers
- Involvement in measures to shape culture and collaboration with senior management
- Independently developing a central location for our health measures, contributing own ideas and implementing measures to maintain the health of our employees
- Establishment and further development of an internal Learning & Development Sharepoint
Behind the scenes
Requirements
In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course with a focus on HR/personnel management, economics, (business) psychology, project management or a comparable course
- You are enrolled during the entire internship (certificate of enrolment or required proof of internship) or are in the gap year between Bachelor and Master
- You impress us with your drive, creativity, initiative, technical affinity and enjoyment of teamwork
- You like to work in a structured and self-organized way and are not afraid to approach people
- Sure handling of M365 and a good feel for digital tools
- Good knowledge of German and English
