Aufgaben
In this role, you will drive the optimisation of operational processes and play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient global repair activities.
- You will analyse data, indentify improvement oportunities, and translate insights into actionable solutions
- You will establish strong business relationships with repair shops and act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in all repair related matters in the allocated region
- You will supervise and coordinate regional ULD repair and relabeling activities
- You will manage the performance of repair shops in the region
- You will define, generate and evaluate various reports, analyse damage trends and reasons for damages and develop best practices to reduce damages in coordination with the Regional Gerneral Manager

Voraussetzungen
- High school diploma and completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience, ideally with a technical background
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Lufthansa Cargo or ULD management and technical purchasing, scheduling, material planning, repairs and relabeling
- Professional experience in aviation ground handling
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
- Planning skills/disposition ability; ability to prioritise; decision-making ability
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, experience with JettWare NG would be an advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation abilities in english
- Ability to work in shifts
