Tasks

What you'll do:

1. Handle Engine related engineering tasks e.g. evaluation of manual update; issue technical support document, production technical evaluation, new capability setup, etc.

  • Provide routing documents specifying required tooling, equipment, methods, and materials for maintenance tasks
  • Provide prompt technical disposition or other necessary support for workshop as well as onsite jobs
  • Investigate and resolve technical operating/quality problems as required; Implement corrective action to avoid possibility of re-occurrence, lead cost reduction and process
  • Perform technical evaluation on customer inquiries on feasibility, resource requirements, risks and recommend solutions
  • Provide technical training to relevant departments
  • Participate in capability set up of new products/engine types

2. Collaborate with relevant local and Mobile Engine network functions in terms of repair development, rectification and product improvements
3. Take on special projects and all other duties assigned by direct reporting manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 5-6 years of relevant work experience in the Aviation MRO or equivalent experience with strong engine technology and engine shop background
  • Possession of a valid CAAC Maintenance License
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Remains calm and effective under pressure
