Tasks
- Group- and Cluster-wide steering, development, standardization, harmonization and optimization of Procure to Order (P2O) process on behalf of LHG Procurement (FRA GE)
- Cooperate closely with P2O Module Owner, Business Units, Category Managers, Finance
- Develop common process definition, measurements, methodology and tools to drive end-to-end process improvements in alignment with FRA GE and operations
- Coordinate requirements in the procurement community, analyze the situation, evaluate the benefits appropriateness and specifies the business requirement P2O systems and tools
- Support in development and implementation best-practice process strategies for all categories in scope in line agreed saving targets as well as best practice process strategies
- Define and develop KPI’s and provides insights to self-service dashboards
- Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines
- Develop solutions for complex problems aligned with FRA GE
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Diploma/Master in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, IT, Management or Equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Procurement
- Experiences in project management will an asset
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes
- Experiences in manage complexity tasks and projects
- Good command of English both written and spoken, German nice to have
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Strong analytical and conceptual mind set
- Strong interpersonal, co-operation and communication skills
- Numeric skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Autodidact learner
- Team player
- Service orientation
- Strong technical knowledge to drive automation
- Willingness to travel (close cooperation between Krakow and Frankfurt)
