Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple data sources
  • Assist in creating and enhancing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support IT and business needs
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure reports align with established standards and best practices
  • Support documentation of data models, queries, and reporting logic
  • Assist with automation or optimization of existing reports where applicable
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement of reporting tools
  • Follow data governance policies, security requirements, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements

To make the most of this internship, you should have:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certification program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL development and data analysis
  • Practical exposure to business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Experience with Excel, scripting, or report automation
  • Basic experience with SQL (coursework, academic projects, or internships acceptable)
  • Experience with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Must be willing to work shifts
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
