Tasks
- You own Mallorca end-to-end – from the first hotel deal to the perfect holiday package, always closely aligned with our local partners
- You shop for hotels like a pro, negotiate smart deals, and keep a firm grip on the numbers when it comes to pricing
- You make sure our offers are always bookable, available, and perfectly priced
- You continuously evolve the portfolio – new hotels, fresh concepts, the right target groups
- You collaborate closely with Yield, Sales, Marketing, and IT (you bring everyone to the table)
- You analyze market trends, competitors, and performance – and turn insights into smart actions
- You keep a close eye on bookings and KPIs and always know how Mallorca is performing
- You give product descriptions and online content that final polish that makes people want to book immediately
Behind the scenes
Requirements
Please note that we can only consider applications from candidates who are already based in Mallorca, Spain.
- Mallorca isn’t just a destination to you – you know it and live on the island
- You’ve been around the block a few times – whether as a Product Manager, Hotel Buyer, or in tour operator / bedbank / hotel chain product teams
- You’ve got a tourism background or relevant degree
- Numbers don’t scare you – you actually enjoy working with them and making sense of them
- Calculations, reporting, KPIs? You’ve got them under control
- You’re fluent in German, Spanish, and English
- You work in a structured, independent way and take ownership without needing a nudge
- Teamwork is your thing – and you communicate easily across cultures and departments
- You’re comfortable with tech and systems (booking tools, product systems, Excel, BI tools) and not afraid to click around and figure things out
