Tasks
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Standard Solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop, maintain and optimize global Air & Road standard products, including SLAs, processes and pricing logic
- Drive automation, digitization and process improvements across the standard product portfolio
- Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner strategy, performance, and cost optimization
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor offerings to guide product development
- Monitor product performance and implement initiatives for continuous improvement
- Serve as the interface with IT and Project Management for product-related system enhancements
- Communicate product strategy, progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
- Freight forwarding and procuct management expertise
- Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
- Proven ability to data-driven decision making
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
- Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
- Business Travel
