As an HR IT Junior Advisor – Training Administration, you will support the effective operation of learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team. As an HR IT Junior Advisor – Training Administration, you will support the effective operation of learning systems and training processes within the Leadership Development & Cultural Transformation Team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who want to build expertise in HR IT, learning management systems, and training administration in an international environment.
Tasks
Learning Administration & System Support
- Provide first-level support for users of SuccessFactors LMS
- Support training administration (participant coordination, attendance tracking, financial closing)
- Monitor enrollments, waitlists, and cancellations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of training data
- Assist in implementing improvements in training processes
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Prepare basic reports and support data analysis
- Improve registration communication (e.g., emails) and standardize workflows
- Support LMS-related initiatives in collaboration with IT and Product Managers
Participant Support & Communication
- Assist employees with training bookings, cancellations, and logistics
- Support internal communication and promotion of training offerings
- Cooperate with HR teams and stakeholders across the organization
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in Business Administration or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR processes, or training administration
- Very good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Good MS Excel skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in an international environment
Nice to Have
- German language skills
- First experience (internship or student job) in HR, training, or administration
