Tasks

Product Management & Team Leadership (up to 30% of role)

  • Lead the implementation of digital strategy and product roadmap for HR IT solutions
  • Drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital products
  • Translate business needs into scalable and efficient digital solutions
  • Ensure compliance with UI/UX standards, analytics frameworks, and GDPR regulations
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across Lufthansa Group
  • Coordinate daily team activities and distribute tasks across the team
  • Manage team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as escalation point and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Monitor and ensure high quality of delivered work (e.g. ticket handling)
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and manage expectations
  • Drive process and technical improvements (standards, templates, best practices)
  • Coach and develop team members, provide feedback, and support evaluation processes

Requirements

  • Academic degree
  • Experience in people management/team coordination
  • Experience in HR IT environment
  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle and agile ways of working
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
