Tasks
Together, we create experiences that welcome new colleagues from day one, provide orientation, and bring our values and our vision of “hospitality from the heart” to life. In doing so, you work closely with various interfaces, facilitate interactive formats, and actively contribute your ideas.
- You support the planning, organization, and delivery of the Austrian Welcome Days – the heart of the Austrian Onboarding Journey
- You take on administrative responsibility for the Austrian Welcome Box and coordinate with external partners, including shipping and process preparation
- You co‑moderate key onboarding formats, such as the virtual welcome event “Austrian Servus” and a short format that conveys brand and identity to our Young Talents
- You provide holistic support and guidance to new colleagues throughout all phases of cultural onboarding
- You contribute to additional culture-related formats, depending on your interests and what you enjoy doing, such as Deep Listening, Brave Dialog, or Collaboration

Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field of study (a current certificate of enrollment must be included with the application)
- You are interested in corporate culture and enjoy working with people
- You have a solution‑oriented mindset and a business‑focused way of thinking and working
- You work in a structured and proactive manner and have an eye for detail
- You are a team player and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
- You have very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
