Tasks
Here’s where you can get involved:
- You will develop new ideas, help to develop concepts (e.g. for trainee retention) and bring fresh ideas to the further development of our training processes
- You will be responsible for organising events for our trainees, designed to facilitate networking and help them get to know the company
- You will learn about the different stages of the employee lifecycle – from the start of training and onboarding through to permanent employment
- You will plan and implement projects alongside us – such as international programmes, trainee events or induction trips
- You are the point of contact for any questions regarding starting a career – for school pupils on work experience placements or at training events
- You will assist us with administrative tasks such as drafting guidelines and certificates

Requirements
To undertake an internship with our company, you should be in the final stages of your bachelor’s degree or be studying for a master’s degree
- Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and in the case of a mandatory internship, a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Your academic background is in economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or a similar field.
- You have already gained some practical experience through work placements or part-time jobs
- You are characterised by a structured approach to work, reliability and a willingness to go the extra mile
- You contribute your own creative ideas
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- You have a very good command of English and German
