Tasks

In our rapidly changing line of business, flexibility is a must. Job duties may change between now and the start of the internship. However, the following tasks should raise your interest before applying:

  • Analyzing, executing, and further developing of the existing setup for project communications
  • Support the local project team in day-to-day activities and ad-hoc tasks with focus on project documentation
  • Prepare presentations and reports for project stakeholders and management
  • Drive the project communications through various channels such as newsletters, social media etc.
  • Organize team building events and activities
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating cross-departmental meetings and workshops
  • Monitor project timelines and track progress against key milestones

Requirements

To make the most of this internship, you should have:

  • Preferred field of study: Communications, Engineering or related fields of study or any Business Major
  • Completion of a minimum of 2-3 years of college courses desirable
  • You must have a valid passport for the entire period of the internship
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive and highly self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
