Tasks
The Engine Mechanic is responsible for welding engine parts and accessories. They will be working with complex technical systems, ensuring high standards of safety and quality in every task.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Welding of aircraft and engine parts and other devices using suitable welding methods in accordance with specifications, including documentation
- Equipment set-up and weld preparation
- Processing of materials such as steel, aluminum, titanium and special materials (e.g. Inconel, Hastelloy)
- Performing special tasks
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflow
- Maintain documentation of work completed using relevant software.

Requirements
For your new job as an Engine Mechanic, you should demonstrate strong technical skills, hands-on
engine experience, safety awareness, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and close attention to
detail.
- Required: Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a construction mechanic specializing in welding technology or completed technical vocational training (car mechanic etc.) and highly interested in working in the Aviation industry
- Required: Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese
- Desirable: Experience welding aircraft and engine components
- Desirable: Welding certification (DIN ISO 24394-141)
- Ability to plan and structure complex technical work
- Willing to pursue further training, including abroad
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
