Tasks

In this role you ensure the availability and efficient use of training resources within Crew Training. You analyse resource demand and supply, identify potential gaps and support the steering of instructor and infrastructure resources to ensure reliable training operations. 

  • Analyse training resource demand for instructors, simulators and other training infrastructure
  • Assess available resource supply and perform gap analyses including recommendations for corrective actions
  • Monitor instructor assignment and training efficiency and identify optimization potential
  • Coordinate simulator demand, bookings and training resource orders with internal and external providers
  • Prepare and present resource analyses and decisions items for decision-making bodies and committees
  • Support training planning activities and selected training coordination processes

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent education with relevant working experience
  • Experience in planning, rostering, resource management, operations control or training environments within the transport industry
  • Previous experience within the airline industry would be a strong advantage
  • Affinity for data analysis tools beneficial (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate data into operational decisions
  • Ability to structure complex topics and prepare clear presentations and decision documents for management and committees
  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination and communication skills
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
