Tasks
Do you enjoy solving analytical tasks and understanding technical challenges quickly?
- You support the development process of the Austrian Airlines reservation system
- You help to create new policies and disseminate them throughout LHG
- You analyze data to address process-related questions (e.g., fraud detection), develop business cases and prepare presentations
- You support provider management to improve process efficiency and quality
- You support the daily processes for maintaining the reservation system
- You organize and prepare meetings with partners inside and outside LHG

Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be attached to the application)
- You have excellent analytical skills
- You have a quick grasp of how to solve procedural and technical issues
- You are a reliable team player
- You have a high degree of self-organization and a sense of responsibility
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have very good MS Office skills
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
