Tasks
- Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director
- Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders.Oversees expansion, renovation, and ensures compliance and aviation standards.Coordinates IT activities with HQ,supervises local projects and manages IT assets and infrastructure
- Leads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks, allocates resources, and monitors project timelines
- Manages company compliance topics, including training, reporting, whistleblowing, and participation in Supervisory Board (Law 231). Acts as ISO 27001 reference, ensuring adherence and reporting to HQ, with focus on cybersecurity compliance

Requirements
- Education:
High school diploma required. University degree and/or Master’s degree desirable.
Fluent in English and Italian required. Other languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills:
Expert computer proficiency required, including MS Office and AMOS.
- Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector required.
Italian nationality or a valid residence and working permission for Italy.
