Tasks
Join our Program Development and Strategy & Transformation team to shape our corporate strategy, loyalty benchmarks, and E2E-product teams. We seek a candidate with a strong interest in loyalty.
- Market Intelligence Support: Competitive benchmarks and trend analyses within the loyalty and frequent flyer program (FFP) landscape to identify strategic growth potential.
- Transformation Assistance: Supporting our internal program to foster an end-to-end mindset and helping to bridge functional silos during the transition to empowered product teams.
- Strategy Visualization: Helping to translate complex corporate strategy initiatives into appealing presentations for various stakeholders.
- Internal Communication: Co-development of inspiring communication formats to ensure strategy alignment and engagement across employees.
- Process Coordination: Providing operational support for the continuous strategy process and assisting in the coordination with stakeholders across Lufthansa Group.

Requirements
- Enrollment as a student for the entire duration of the internship, or currenthly in a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s studies.
- At least in the third semester of studies at the start of the internship.
- Strong interest in loyalty marketing, ideally with a focus on frequent flyer programs.
- Very good analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a structured, independent approach to work.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, structured text and visual formats
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Business‑fluent English skills as well as at least basic proficiency in German.
