Tasks

Once you join our team you will:

  • Meet and welcome guests and visitors of the company
  • Issue visitor badges, temporary badges and ensure compiance with the security rules
  • Administration of the access control system
  • Answer and forward phone calls and requests
  • Ensure the proper appearance of the entrance building and report any damages problems to the superior
  • Prepare documents required for issuing airport badges
  • Administrating meeting rooms bookings
  • Security related administrative tasks

Requirements

To be successful in the role you need:

  • Excellent English knowledge, German will be an advantage
  • High school diploma
  • Very good computer literacy (Word, PowerPoint)
