Your responsibilities at a glance:
- You operate close to the CEO, supporting the most critical topics of the company.
- You influence strategic decisions that affect the entire global network.
- You become a connector between board members, departments, and international stations.
- You help design and run the events, retreats, and leadership moments that shape culture and focus.
- You gain exposure to Group‑level initiatives, giving you a broad Lufthansa ecosystem view.
- This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast, take responsibility early, and help steer Lufthansa Cargo through its next chapter.

What you bring:
- Completed university studies relevant to the job or, through relevant training and professional experience, knowledge and skills to be equally valued for the job
- English and German: Business fluent
- Result-oriented, cross-company thinking and acting
