Tasks
As the Trade Compliance Manager Export, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Advise all LTCS business units of possible impact of envisaged business transactions regarding trade compliance topics, including FTR, EAR, ITAR and OFAC
- Design of trade compliance related processes including documentation of such in relevant IT tools
- Conduct trade compliance trainings
- Collaborate with necessary departments to perform transaction processing due diligence, red flag, analysis, complex troubleshooting, training, and managing trade compliance recordkeeping systems
- Review of technical data to support in export classifications (ECCN, HTS, COO), Export License, License Exceptions
- Legal and operational support in AES EEI filing
- Lead on TIB and Duty Drawback programs
- Adhere with LTCS policies as well as the US law and regulations
* Takeover of additional tasks when is required

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in International Trade within Aerospace Industry
- Certification in CCS or CES is preferred
- Experience in import operations or Knowledge of US import regulation is a plus
- Experience with SAP, OCR, AvSight, ACE AESDirect, Descartes QW AES is a plus
- Demonstrate understanding of US ITAR, EAR, FTR, and OFAC
- Knowledge of global supply chain and transportation processes in an MRO company, Aircraft Parts and Component Traders, Distribution centers, and Logistics service providers
- Ability to work on issues with diverse scope where data analysis and evaluation of a variety of factors are required
- Fluent in English language
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
