Tasks
The internship is embedded within the Customer Care team for the Americas region.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Support the summarization of regulatory findings and the preparation of complex and regulatory case documentation
- Review case materials for accuracy and maintain records in internal databases
- Conduct research on international aviation and consumer protection regulations (US, Canada, Europe, LATAM) and summarize regulatory developments
- Prepare performance reports, consolidate data in Excel, and develop professional PowerPoint materials
- Conduct benchmarking on industry best practices
- Update internal process documentation, guidelines, onboarding, and training materials
- Coordinate and document meetings and key outcomes
- Maintain organized shared‑folder documentation and support internal communications
* Support cross-functional projects and other team activities as assigned

Requirements
Are you ready to take your career to new heights with us? Learn more about the requirements below:
- Studies in Law, Business Administration, Project/Process Management, Aviation Management, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields
- At least 2 semesters completed before the internship start date
- Strong analytical and structured working style with interest in legal, regulatory, or compliance topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- International experience preferred
- Must have work authorization in Germany and meet J-1 visa criteria for the U.S. or hold a valid U.S. work permit
