In this role, you will drive candidate attraction strategies, continuously improve recruitment processes, build strong relationships with hiring managers, support junior team members, and contribute to talent pipeline development.

Tasks

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, consulting on requirements and providing recruitment guidance
  • Manage and drive the full recruitment cycle, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Attract, screen, and shortlist high‑quality candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Identify, implement, and improve proactive recruitment methods and candidate attraction strategies
  • Execute effective recruitment campaigns across multiple sourcing channels for diverse job profiles (Aviation, IT, Sales, HR, etc.) within the Lufthansa Group
  • Prepare reports and insights on sourcing and recruitment activities
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members
  • Contribute to recruiting projects and process improvements
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend process optimizations
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or completion of at least the 4th year of studies will be an asset
  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a similar role OR a min. 1-2 years of customer service experience (e.g., hotline) for the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist position
  • Experience within an SSC environment – an asset
  • Sourcing and selection skills, ability to build networks and maintain talent pipelines – an asset
  • Good command of MS Office
  • German - C1 level
  • English - min. B2 level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive self‑starter with full ownership of assigned roles and project tasks; able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
  • Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
