Tasks

What you'll do

  • Act as the go to person for all SEO related topics at Eurowings and has all needed know how about onsite and offsite SEO optimizations
  • Be responsible for a sophisticated keyword implementation within the framework of good website content (images, texts, multimedia content)• Make decisions based on numbers and KPIs, not on gut feeling. Power of proof is key!
  • Identify critical activities and assignments (e.g. usability, SEO visibility, competitor comparison, traffic, Google CTR, rankings etc…) independently and plan/organize the necessary improvements steps in proactive manner
  • Drive AI powered SEO initiatives and experimentations by identifying opportunities to automate analysis, optimize content performance, and enhance search visibility
  • With strong communication skill, you align and coordinate with various Eurowings teams on content, design, development and other SEO related activities

Requirements

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a similar SEO role
  • You know the different Search Engines (e.g. Google) , LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini) and their corresponding algorithms inside out
  • Fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level), both verbal and written

What you'll bring

  • A high level of curiosity, enjoy research and benchmarking to continuously challenge the status quo 
  • Up to date knowledge of current developments and trends in SEO, GEO & AI 
  • Ability to remain focused – even in times of high pressure and workload 
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
