We offer a position as Group Controlling Manager –Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) in Cape Town on a temporary contract (12 months).
In the role you are responsible for consistent and accurate reporting to all stakeholders and financial planning and analysis across LH InTouch.
Tasks
- Financial Analysis & Reporting. Monthly reporting and analysis of Profitability (revenue and expenses) to EBT. Group/Site/Client reviews of cost metrics including profitability, resource allocation, Price-Volume-Mix (PVM).
- Business Partnering. Preparation and analysis of monthly Commercial Steering report and ensure cross-functional reviews of business performance. Review of operational reports in conjunction with business financial performance.
- Forecasting. Preparation and reporting of the rolling forecast for revenue and expenses. Deliver forecast that adapt to business needs by analysing key metrics, enhancing overall business agility and driving cost control initiatives.
- Budgeting. Prepare annual budgets of revenue and expenses including planning, analysis and consolidation.
- Financial Modelling. Build advanced models using Excel, BI tools, and automation resources.

Requirements
- Postgraduate University degree with focus in Accounting, Finance or Controlling or other relevant qualification or equivalent relevant working experience
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Proficient skills with relevant and established controlling software and tools
- Proficient skills with the Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
- Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Build strong, cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
