Tasks

As the Project Management Intern you will perform the following duties:

  • Supporting planning, coordination, and tracking of internal projects
  • Assisting in creating project timelines, dashboards, and status reports
  • Preparing presentations and executive summaries
  • Supporting stakeholder communication and meeting coordination
  • Monitoring project milestones and identifying risks or delays
  • Assisting with process optimization and documentation updates
  • Conducting research and data analysis to support decision-making

Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who fulfill the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Project Management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of independence, flexibility, and commitment
  • Self-confidence and focused on results
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus
  • Must possess valid U.S. work permit or passport
