Tasks
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Leader to join our aviation team. This role is critical in leading complex aviation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering operational excellence in a highly safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and costs.
- Manage cross‑functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Track progress, address deviations, and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Integrate customer needs and maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain proper documentation and change control.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Facilitate reviews and promote project‑management best practices.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Leader to join our aviation division. In this capacity, you will be responsible for directing complex aviation projects, ensuring strict compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks.
- Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in project management (preferably in industrial or aviation environments)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Good command of English (mandatory)
- Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment
