Tasks
The Supply Chain Manager APAC is responsible for:
- Overall optimization of the Supply Chain of aircraft parts for component customers in Asia Pacific
- Continuous optimization of the supply chain for aircraft components & align with interfaces
- Manage the material flow involving in-house logistics companies, warehouses, freight forwarders
- Improve efficiency of supply chain
- Design & implement logistics concepts for warehousing and/or transportation proactively
- Ensure stable supply performance as well as the continuous improvement of logistics processes
- Monitor KPIs, improve end-customer transparency in KPI reporting & ensure targets are met
- Support product sales & fulfillment team in tender & fulfillment processes
- Support local Production Alternatives team with analyses
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Administration with strong academic record. MBA or equivalent Master Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics is an advantage
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience in strategic & operational logistics
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills in English
- Excellent coordination & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of managing projects
- Ability to make decisions autonomously & to bear responsibility
- Ability to represent Lufthansa Technik in a consistent & professional way
- Willing to travel extensively within Asia Pacific & to Europe
- Must possess a legal work permit in Hong Kong
