Tasks
The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
- Lead strategic projects for LHT’s Segment Aircraft Component Services in Asia/Pacific in coordination with the division’s top management
- Support in developing strategies with a strong focus on local customer & market requirements
- Guide & support the organization in the operationalization of defined strategies & execution of action items
- Support the development of the product division’s existing footprint & production setup in Asia/Pacific
- Develop strategic cooperation opportunities & manage negotiations with potential partners, incl. development of business plans & strategic
- Regularly provide the management with an update of project activities & ensure the success of the projects
- Perform special tasks, participate in projects or lead them
* Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of an Asian or German language is an advantage
- Ability to work within teams & manage stakeholders
- Analytical & strategic abilities
- Clear spoken & written expression
- Enthusiasm for the Aviation (MRO) Industry
- Self-confident & responsive appearance / contact behavior
- Keen interest in Business & Market Intelligence of the Aviation (MRO) Industry
- Very good analytical skills & ability to structure / dispose / plan complex processes & data
- Intercultural competence
- High degree of resilience
- Willingness to travel
- Openness for professional development
- Ability to handle stress
