Tasks
- You perform precision metal-structure repairs on aircraft and components in line with approved maintenance and repair instructions.
- You assess damage in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and define compliant repair methods.
- You fabricate repair parts (angles, profiles) from sheet metal to deliver high-quality, on-aircraft fixes.
- You repair structural elements (stiffeners, brackets, webs) to maintain airframe integrity.
- You carry out maintenance and repairs per manufacturer documentation on various components- including pilot seats and onboard wheelchairs- across our Airbus fleet.
- You support base-maintenance activities during C-Check seasons on our Airbus fleet.

Requirements
- You have (at least) a completed apprenticeship.
- You bring experience in metal-structure repairs or metal production and tooling.
- You work independently and with a high level of accuracy.
- You have experience in the aviation industry (advantage).
- You are team-oriented, flexible, and able to cope with pressure.
- You are a communicative personality.
- You are willing to work shifts (nights and weekends).
- You are eager to pursue further training.
- You speak English, German skills are an advantage.
- You hold a valid driving license.
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
