- Salary: It is important to us that each salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. To ensure fair payment, each salary is calculated individually (Minimum salary according to KV: € 37.928,94). An experienced employee with extensive, relevant professional experience in this position can earn approximately €3,300 gross per month, including various allowances.

Tasks
- You perform precision sheet metal repairs on aircraft structures and components in line with approved maintenance and repair instructions.
- You assess damage in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and define appropriate repair methods.
- You fabricate repair parts (angles, profiles) from sheet metal to deliver high-quality on-aircraft repairs.
- You repair structural elements (stiffeners, brackets, webs) to maintain airframe integrity.
- You carry out maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer documentation on various components, including pilot seats and onboard wheelchairs, across our Airbus fleet.
- You support base maintenance activities during C-check seasons on our Airbus fleet.
Behind the scenes
Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship (at minimum) in a technical field.
- You bring experience in sheet metal structure repairs or metal production and tooling.
- You work independently and with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- You are team-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are willing to work shifts (nights and weekends).
- You are motivated to pursue further training.
- You speak English; German language skills are an advantage.
- You hold a valid driving licence.
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labour market.
