Tasks
- Disciplinary and functional leadership of the Controlling Team KRK; leading, developing, deploying, and motivating assigned employees in both professional and personal matters to leverage their potential for the company’s success
- Close cooperation with the Controlling Team of LGBS FRA
- Ensuring the implementation of relevant corporate policies
- Close cooperation with the Commercial Director, the Management Board, and the department heads of LGBS
- Development and implementation of a global LGBS finance and controlling strategy
- Ensuring financial and performance-oriented management of LGBS and its subsidiaries, deriving corrective actions, and preparing management recommendations for the executive leadership
- Execution of efficient planning and controlling processes for the entire LGBS Group
- Ensuring customer-specific billing of service delivery based on corporate regulations
- Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of LGBS GmbH and its subsidiaries
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- Academic/Master degree (Finance Accounting or Economics related field)
- Experience in SSC branch
- More than 5 years of professional experience
- Min. 2 years of experience in people management
- Fluent English
- German will be an asset
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Ability to quickly form working relationships, gain credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
