As an IT Product Manager in HR IT, you will take ownership of HR IT applications within our WebSolutions team, ensuring their stability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will act as a key interface between business, IT teams in Germany, and external service providers, combining functional HR knowledge with strong technical expertise.

Tasks
- Manage HR IT applications within SAP (incl. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of HR applications for LGBS and Lufthansa Group worldwide
- Coordinate smooth releases, updates, upgrades, and testing activities
- Customize applications according to business and technical requirements
- Build custom and scheduled reports based on business needs
- Handle permissions and access management for assigned HR applications
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related topics for HR process owners and operations
- Take ownership of all issues related to assigned HR applications
- Coordinate Help Desk activities and handle tickets as 3rd level support
- Monitor interfaces and automated processes to ensure integrity, performance and stability
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of major incidents
- Manage external IT service providers and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across business, IT, and operations
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions together with IT teams and providers

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with business-critical HR IT systems - SAP Success Factors Learning (LMS - preferred) or a comparable Learning Management System
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing and translating business or functional requirements
- Strong functional and technical understanding of IT systems
- Experience in provider and SLA management
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Suite
- Good understanding of HR processes
- Excellent English
- German - nice to have
- Willingness to travel occasionally
