Tasks
As Associate Compliance Monitoring Manager, you proactively drive compliance and quality, overseeing LAT CH’s compliance monitoring system. You support LAT CH in compliance management, ensuring operations are reliable and meet regulatory standards.
- Own the Compliance Monitoring Programme including audits, findings and corrective actions to closure
- Report independently to the Accountable Manager on status, risks and improvements and support management review
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, manuals and training
- Oversee contracting activities to ensure compliance
- Prepare and host authority and customer audits and ensure timely close out
- Maintain audit ready records and coordinate training assignments
- Optimize processes aligned with LAT Group. Contribute to cross functional committees and strategic projects

Requirements
In addition to strong assertiveness and a high degree of initiative, responsibility, flexibility and resilience, you also have the following qualities:
- University degree (preferably in a relevant field)
- Additional qualification as EASA Auditor and at least 3 years of audit experience in AOC/ATO/FSTD environments. In-depth knowledge of aviation law (EASA – Air Crew & Air Ops Regulations)
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office 365
- Strategic and cross-functional thinking and action. Experience in project management and planning
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Outstanding communication skills
- Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset
- Training/experience in safety management is an advantage
