Tasks
- Develop and implement QA standard processes and methodologies
- Provide assistance for local QA in regards to QA processes and methods
- Analyze effectiveness of QA standards
- Perform investigations when concerning more than one location
- Support investigations when root cause affects central functions
- Compile and provide detailed reports based on spot checks, audit findings and investigations to local management and central quality
- Compile and publish TecNotes and Lessons Learned cards for all locations
- Coordinate recall of product with all involved parties
- Providing support to development and implementation of quality programmes
- Represent company on meetings (local and international)
- Support other group companies

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience in quality management system, preferably with ISO9001 (EN 9110) standard OR minimum 5 years experience in an MRO production, engineering or planning organization
- Appropriate University degree or relevant training
- Fundamental understanding of a quality system
- Thorough understanding of problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques
- Understanding human factors and motivation
- Detailed understanding of EASA Part 145 Rules & Regulation
- Experience in conducting audits (planning, preparation, execution, reporting results and follow-up)
- Able to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and prioritize
- PC literate with familiarity of Microsoft based software
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation
