Tasks
As a Cabin Crew Roster Analyst, you are responsible for developing, optimizing and publishing monthly cabin crew rosters. You will align roster parameters, track crew capacity, coordinate between planning interfaces & ensure operational stability while maximizing crew satisfaction and productivity.
- Plan, optimize, and publish the monthly roster for cabin crews and trainees, under optimization of crew satisfaction, crew productivity and operational stability.
- Develop and review monthly roster scenarios and set priorities aligning with capacity planning, crew control and key interfaces.
- Monitor short-term crew capacity trends, assess potential risks, and direct short-term actions to maintain operational stability.
- Assess and implement roster and absence change requests with a direct impact on the ongoing planning month.
- Support cross-functional value streams with expert knowledge on planning processes, system functionalities.

Requirements
- Degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education.
- Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or strategic resource management and familiarity with crew rostering systems and operational planning tools is a distinct advantage.
- Operational mindset to assess and decide on planning scenarios and their dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
