Tasks
- You support the COO and the Operations Management Team in the steering and development of the Austrian Operations
- You develop concepts and measures for strategic and operational topics within the division
- You prepare decision-making materials for the Executive Board, including project mandates, information and documentation for relevant committees, and ensure the follow-up on approved actions
- You are responsible for the structured and content-driven preparation of presentations and briefings
- You take ownership of and coordinate cross-functional projects and assignments addressing complex issues
- You organize internal events and communication formats and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- You hold a successfully completed university degree and ideally have several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an airline and operational environment
- You have a strong interest in aviation-related topics and a high level of motivation for personal and professional development
- You communicate confidently in German and English - orally and in writing
- You are highly proficient in PowerPoint and have experience in creating clear, compelling management reports
- You approach complex issues in an analytical and structured manner and maintain an overview even under time pressure
- You stand out through an open and empathetic personality, combined with a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
- You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
