You will ensure the efficient handling, storage, distribution of materials, tools, and equipment within our warehouse Ops. Play a key part in maintaining the flow of critical components that keep our fleet operational, while serving internal and external customers at the warehouse service desk.

• Receive, enter, shelve materials in the warehouse + ensuring accurate stock records & proper storage conditions for all components.
• Issue parts & tools to internal + external customers at the warehouse service desk, acting as a reliable POC and ensuring timely support for maintenance operations.
• Execute the yearly inventory check to maintain compliance + guarantee precise stock levels, contributing to efficient planning & cost control.
• Prepare preloads for work packages so that maintenance teams have all required materials ready, minimizing downtime.
• Perform daily tasks in accordance with the checklist, ensuring consistency, safety, & operational readiness.
• Handle ad hoc assignments requested by the Logistic Manager, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
