Tasks
- You manage projects, improve processes and conduct our service partners for the corporate IT
- You are developing custom apps and automate workflows
- You are the bridge and coordinator between our business units, various departments within Lufthansa Group, and external service providers
- You take responsibility for a wide range of applications – many of which are critical to daily operations
- You're always looking out for optimizations and innovation
- You accompany the entire software lifecycle
- You help ensure our IT landscape performs well during regular audits and is compliant to our policies and regulatory requirements
- You work independently, efficiently, and flexibly. You're not afraid to dive into new subject areas and quickly get up to speed and being a role

Requirements

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or business administration with technical or aviation focus
- You have a strong technical expertise with high level of professional maturity in IT
- Profound knowledge of implementing and operating websites, apps and/or process automations (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate)
- You're open and enthusiastic about working with new and established technologies
- Deep understanding and demonstrable experience in operational products and services
- You're a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills and project management skills
- Outstanding initiative, ownership, and results-orientation plus hands-on mentality
- You're fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
