Tasks

In this position, you will mainly support the Commercial department and, together with the two colleagues in Sales, ensure the interface to the customer and the training design.

The specific tasks include:

  • Pre-sorting of various customer inquiries in the team mailbox
  • Taking over certain customer inquiries from the B2B and B2C area
  • Creating offers or contract components for the sales team
  • Recording key figures for comprehensive reporting within the team
  • Support with other administrative activities

Requirements

  • University degree in psychology, human factors or business administration with a keen interest in human factors or crew resource management (CRM)
  • Very good knowledge of German and empathetic handling of customer enquiries
  • High level of commitment and initiative, enjoy working independently
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Regular presence in the Munich office
  • Strong team orientation, empathy, creativity and solution-oriented way of working
