Tasks
If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to gain insights into the operational processes of an international business unit and to contribute to the development and implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives, then you have come to the right place!
- Collaboration on business analyses and optimization of our business processes across locations in an international context
- Support in project management and in the organization (PMO) of operational excellence initiatives
- Active participation in the design of workshops and application of methods and tools (e.g. Lean)
- Support in communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Implementation of a KPI system and digital performance dialogs

Requirements
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree program at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Active university/university of applied sciences studies, preferably in a technical or economic field
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a structured way of working
- Initial experience in project management or process management methods is a plus
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a good command of MS Office
