Tasks

  • Choose up to four practical assignments based on your interests. One of them could also take place abroad.
  • We start with a holistic overview in our onboarding phase, visiting different subsidiaries, as well as Airline insights.
  • The General Airline Management Simulation Game training, a full week at Frankfurt airport working in the ground operations and working as a flight attendant will give you an understanding and a feeling for our core business.
  • A strong focus is on your personal development and the promotion of team spirit. You’ll receive coaching and mentoring to enable your true potential, as well as volunteering with your fellow trainees in a social project in cooperation with our NGO Help Alliance.

Work at the gate

Our Airport Week gives you exciting insights behind the scenes at the airport. You will be where the action is, at the check-in desks, at the gates, and on the ramp, so you'll get to know the ropes.

Work on board

The experience flight offers insights into everyday life on board. Be a flight attendant for one rotation!

Self & Team Development

We support your growth through coaching, self-reflection, team reflection, a social responsibility project, regular project feedback, and guidance from program manager and selected mentor. Collaborate on team development projects within the ProTeam group.

Social project

In a help alliance social project, you volunteer abroad with your team for two weeks. You gain intercultural experience, take on responsibility, and get to know yourself and your colleagues while doing good.

Requirements

  • ProTeam is the trainee program designed for the future, both yours and ours.
  • You have a creative mind and are unafraid to explore new approaches.
  • Collaboration, ownership, customer centricity, trust and team-spirit are your driving values.
  • A Master's degree (or equivalent) in any field of study is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of English is essential, proficiency in German would be advantageous.
  • A passion for aviation, digital challenges, and interdisciplinary thinking is highly valued.
  • If you have a strong desire to make a real impact, to enrich our culture with your personality and even possess some initial professional experience, we would love to receive your application.
