Tasks

  • Performing research and analytics for JV business processes, opportunities and reporting
  • Supporting in daily CRM activities, projects and user management
  • Monitoring shipment progress and handling exceptions during transportation
  • Preparing CRM communication and training material
  • Overall support in JV and CRM teams in daily business tasks

Requirements

  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) in engineering / industrial engineering or business administration, marketing or comparable
  • Structured and analytical person with high conceptual skills
  • Very good spoken and written English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Experience in Power Automate flows is a plus
