As a Performance Manager within our Operations division, you are responsible for ensuring our operational stability (e.g., punctuality). You analyze KPIs and data, identify optimization opportunities, and develop strategies for the continuous improvement of our structures and processes.

Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in engineering, logistics, or business administration, ideally with a focus on business informatics or industrial engineering.
  • You bring 2–3 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge and have a background in project and process management.
  • You have strong skills in analyzing data and performance metrics and work confidently with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • You work independently, analytically, and conceptually, and you demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You possess knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R and ideally have insights into airline operations.
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
