Lift operations to new heights, join us and keep ground handling running with precision and power!

Tasks

The Freighter Ramp Agent is responsible for: 

  • Plan aircraft load distribution and optimize cargo per GOM.
  • Prepare flight documents, notifications, loadsheets, and NOTOC.
  • Brief GHA on loading/unloading and coordinate station activities.
  • Dispatch operational messages and maintain traffic reports.
  • Check ULD airworthiness and ramp conditions; monitor equipment and staff readiness.
  • Supervise or perform aircraft loading/unloading and ensure safety and quality compliance.
  • Support crew (briefings, catering, hotels) and assist cargo handling.
  • Follow updated procedures; perform surveillance and report incidents.
  • Assist in GHA manpower use, staff feedback, training, scheduling, and subcontractor performance monitoring.

 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

The ideal  Freighter Ramp Agent  should meet the following requirements: 

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • 3-6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
  • Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
  • Computer literate as user
  • Knowledge of local custom regulations
  • Clean driving license
  • In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities
