Tasks
You will support the development and implementation of lean management concepts and process optimization in our maintenance workshop. The aim is to identify efficiency potential and develop practical solutions for technical and economic challenges.
- Participation in the planning and implementation of lean and strategic projects
- Analyzing existing technical and business processes and identifying potential for improvement
- Designing and creating materials (presentations, Excel analyses etc.) for workshops and project meetings
- Supporting the introduction of lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, SMED, economic analysis, value stream mapping)
- Implementation of effective change management and communication with project team members and communication in the project environment
- Documentation of results and implementation and tracking of improvement measures

Requirements
Are you a solution-oriented, highly motivated student who wants to make a real impact? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, wants to contribute ideas and is ready to make a real difference
- At the start of your internship, you will be at least in the 3rd semester of a business-related or technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, aerospace or similar)
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or on a gap year between Bachelor’s and Master’s
- Interest in lean management, process optimization and strategic projects
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working and initiative
- Confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel; knowledge of Power BI or comparable tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to familiarize yourself with complex processes
