Working in our Cabin Pre- & Inflight Procedures team offers comprehensive insights into the specific process design on board, dynamic project management and the operational processes of flight operations.

Tasks

The Cabin Pre- & Inflight Procedures division is responsible for the line- and project-based development and operationalization of product and service concepts as well as crew-relevant ground processes and their target group-specific communication to the route.

  • Contributing to the development and definition of in-flight service concepts and crew-relevant processes on the ground and the interface with product management, flight operations and stations worldwide
  • Initiating measures and projects to improve in-flight processes and cabin equipment based on crew/customer feedback
  • Definition and documentation (e.g. Crew Service Manual) of in-flight service processes and workflows for the respective cabin functions on board and on the ground
  • Data analysis, benchmarks and best practices for deriving measures
  • Answering and evaluating topic-related cabin reports
  • Preparation, organization and assistance in the implementation of test scenarios for the further development of in-flight processes

Requirements

In order for the internship to be successful for you and our team, you should have the following requirements:

  • At least in the third semester of your studies at the time of the internship
  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and mandatory proof must be enclosed with the application) or the internship takes place between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • Fluent knowledge of German
  • Conceptual and structured thinking ability to deal with complex issues
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
  • Determination, initiative and ability to work independently
  • Confident handling of IT tools
  • Strong hospitality mindset and customer orientation
  • Ability to integrate and work in a team
  • Good communication, argumentation and presentation skills
  • Project management experience is an advantage
