Tasks

The HR Specialist is responsible for:

  • Coordinate the transfer of data to external vendors, Global Broker, payroll providers, auditors and consultants
  • Administer and oversee the payroll transactions
  • Support with new recruitments to comply with organizational policy matters such as Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, Salary Groupings
  • Prepare and fill in income tax statements, GPD for internal employees
  • Determinate work authorization requirements and all aspects of visas and work permits processing to ensure timely processing and issue resolution for local foreign employees and expatriates
  • Advise business partners of market trends with regards to skillset and competencies as well as market benchmark for a potential hiring
  • Support to HR related administrative topics

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree required in the field of HR, Legal, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background
  • Master or equivalent and 1 year experience
  • or Bachelor and 3-5 years of work experience in HR, ideally with   international background
  • or vocational training and 6-8 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Computer literate as user
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent intercultural awareness
  • Excellent professionalism
  • Think and act as part of the LH Group and different HR communities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess permit to work in China
